Process for Existing Parent who has Parent portal Account and received an invitation to enroll their child for a new Program:

  • Review Program Info
  • Review Parent info and add any additional details if required.
  • Review Child info and add any additional details if required.
  • Review all the Info entered once again.
  • Create a TAP Account and make any registration fee applicable.
  • Sign the digital document
  • Once after when they complete all these above steps, for an existing parent who already have a parent account, the system will prompt them to login to their account.

Process for New enrollment Registration / Existing parent who does not have a parent portal account after when they receive Enrollment offer invitation:

  • Review Program Info
  • Add all the required info for Parent.
  • Add all the required info for child.
  • Review all the Info entered once again.
  • Create a TAP Account and make any registration fee applicable.
  • Sign the digital document
  • After signing the document, the system will definitely prompt them to create a Password for Family Portal Account.
