Family Portal registration invitation can be sent as follows.
Access Path: Center Dashboard--->Communications-->Send Family Portal Invitation Email
* Select existing Families
* Click Submit
* Select the families and click continue at the bottom
* To modify text (check "Show last modified message") below the description box, make any changes if required and send.
Note: The email will be sent with in 30 minutes from the time you hit Send.
Note:
* For the first time, the family will be displayed under "Invitation Not Sent" Tab.
* After when the invitation is sent the family will be displayed under "Invitation Sent But Not Yet Registered" Tab.
* Once after when the parent register for an account, the family will be displayed under "Already Registered" Tab.
