Once when the program fee is revised, the system will automatically identify the existing child record, that still have the old fee and will prompt the user to update the revised fee.
If the User wish to update the fee right away, they have to click on " Yes I want to update the revised fee to the enrolled child now" and follow the steps, so that all the existing child will get updated with the new fee.
* Select the Child applicable for the revised fee.
* Review the information and confirm.
* The Revised billing can be viewed under Child's Program & billing page.
