There are a number of TAP functions designed for the Director to manage the parents TAP accounts.


Clicking on the Total Active Payors Enrolled in TAP link will give you a list of the TAP families.  

Under the Action column, the Director has the following functions:

  • To dis-enroll a family from TAP 
  • Help replace the parent funding account
  • Help edit the parent credit card information (e.g. card expiration date)
