To add the Meal in Meals and Snacks setup, please follow the below path.
Access Path: Center Home >>> Setup >>> Meals and Snacks Tracking Setup
Daily Meals and Snacks Tracking:
The children who are all having timecards for a selected date will be displayed in the Daily Meals and Snacks Tracking.
Access Path: Center Home à Functions à Daily Meals and Snacks Tracking
Based on the child's attendance (Sign in/out time), the system automatically counts the meals and snacks served for that child. You can adjust the meals and snacks count manually as needed. Once confirmed, please click "Save" button to save the meals and snacks count data for the selected date.
Reports:
The Meals Count can be printed in the below two reports.
- 1) Weekly Attendance and Meals Count Worksheet
- 2) Meals and Snacks Count Summary Report
