1. Family Portal

1.1. Enrolling in a Program using the Invite Send by the Center

1.1.1.Single Ledger Family 

You can enroll in a program using the invite sent by the center. When you select the link provided by the center to enroll the child into the program offered.


When you select the Decline link:




When you like to proceed with the registration :


Selecting the link (accepting the enrollment) will take you to the online enrollment landing page of the center.


On the Program Offered page, you can download the Parent Hand Book of the center. 


 

If you select the Contact Us button:



If you select the Next button :


Enter the Parent #1 Info and their Employer Details.

Enter the Parent #2 Info and their Employer Details.


Enter the Child's basic, Insurance, Medical checkup, allergy, and diet details on the Child Info page.

 


Enter the details of the child's medical providers.


Note : For New Family Registration, you will not be able to view the 'Copy Contact into from' option. Instead you need to enter the details in the respective columns. 





After the Authorized Pick Up details page, you will be taken to the confirmation page where you can review the entered details one last time before the payment.


If the selected family is an existing one, you will see the configured funding account, if not you may need to add your card or funding account on the Payment Info page. 


For Existing Families :


The pre-existing payment accounts and cards will be available here for the parents to select and pay. 



For New Families :


If you are a new family to the 1Core, you will need to enter your payment account or card here to pay the specified fees. 




Note : If the center is not enabled with Online Enrollment With eSignature, you will be taken to the family portal after the Payment Info page.


If the center is enabled with Online Enrollment With eSignature :


After the Payment Info page, you will be taken to the Online Enrollment Forms page for you to digitally sign it with eSignature (By drawing on the screen with a mouse or uploading your signature).



The entered child info, insurance details, hospital details, authorized pick up will be auto-populated here in the Online Enrollment forms. 




Note: If you are a new family, then you will be asked to create your family account's password after this. 




Note: If the eSign document requires two parent signatures, after the Parent #1 completes the eSign process. An email will go to the Parent #2 for their Signature. 



1.1.2. Multiple Ledger Family :


After the primary parent (Parent #1) signing the online enrollment forms, the secondary parent (Parent #2) will receive an email from the center to enter the details and signature.


Note : If you are a new family, then the parent #2 needs to create his/her family account by creating their account password. If you are an existing family, then you dont need to create the family account details here, you will be taken to the family portal log in page at the end of the process.  



Select the link present in the email to enter the Review Info page. If the parents are together (couple), parent #1 will fill out both parent #1 and #2 details while they filling out their online form.



If the selected family is an existing one, you will see the configured funding account on the Payment Info page, if not you may need to add your card or funding account on the Payment Info page.
