1. Ability to view the App Classroom activity feed in 1Core Web


1Core has now integrated the Classroom Activity feed into 1Core Web under the Classroom Activities tab, to provide ease for the user to view all the information within the web interface.


Access Path : Center Dashboard > Classroom Activities


Activities Created on the 1Core Class App :




Activity Created on the 1Core Class App will automatically get updated in the web version.



Click on the activities feed images to view the full-size enhanced view on the image gallery. 




You can play the videos on the feed by clicking on them. 





You can use the "filter" icon to view any specific activity for any specific classroom at a time.





Grouped By : 


The grouped 'By Timeline' will be the default option. The homepage of 'Classroom Activities' will be displayed based on the Timeline by default.

Note : The number superscription on the child profile picture denotes the number of activities shared for the child.

2. Ability to view the Classroom details on the Classroom Activities page 


Now, you can view the Classroom details on the Classroom Activities page using the 'Classrooms' section.




You can also view the classroom activities of a particular classroom by selecting the activities icons present at the bottom of each classroom in the classroom section. 




3. Accessing the Lesson and Food Plan through the Classrooms section


You can access the Lesson and Food plan for the day by using the 'Lesson and Food Plan' icon in the Classrooms section.

4. Accessing Classroom Activities through Children page 


Now, you can also access the 'Classroom Activities' feed on the Children page.


Access Path : Center Dashboard > Children > Class Activities icon


Select the 'Classroom Activities' icon on the 'Action' column to view the 'Classroom Activities' of a particular child. 


 

You can download the Classroom Activities of the selected child in a pdf format using the Download button.

Sharing the Classroom Activities with the parents 



Select the recipient(s) and click the 'Next'  button.



Select the 'Send' button to send an email attaching the classroom activities to the parent(s).



4. Ability to generate reports for the classroom activities


1Core provides a couple of comprehensive reports on those activities to provide a clear insight of your center's classroom activities. 


Daily Activities - Report:


Using this report, you can view the classroom activities of each child on daily basis. 


Select the 'View' link to the activities of a child on the selected date and classroom.

 


Select the 'Download' button to download the daily activities report in a pdf document form.

Sharing the Daily Activities report to the parent(s)



Select the Recipient(s) and click the 'Next' button


Select the 'Send' button to share the Daily Activities Report with the parent(s)




Activity Library - Report:


Using the Activity Library, you can generate and view weekly activities of the classroom(s).
