Step 1: Disenroll your current TAP account (Using the Family Portal account).


Step 2: Enroll in the TPD account.

To change your online payment method from TAP to TPD in the 1Core Family Mobile App.


Step 1 : Disenroll your TAP account.


Step 2 : Enroll in the TPD account.

  • Contact your center for disenrolling your TAP account.

Note : If you face any difficulty in converting your payment account setting from TAP to TPD, please contact your center.
