Email communication is used extensively in 1Core. There are 3 types of emails which the users can send from 1Core:
- Instant ad-hoc emails
- System generated emails
- Customizable emails using templates
All emails sent from 1Core will have support@1core.com in the From field. If the recipients reply to the emails, the reply will be delivered based on the type of email as follows:
- support@1core.com
- The login user/sender email
- The center director contact email maintained in the center location record in 1Core
