You can import your manual parent inquiries to the 1Core CRM using the 'Import Inquiry' option. This will allow you to maintain your manual leads/inquiries in the automated CRM environment.
For multiple location companies, you need to choose your choice of center on the import inquiry page before entering into the 'Upload File' page. 
After choosing the 'Inquiry file', the uploaded inquiry details will be automatically displayed on the 'Verification' page. You can verify the uploaded details here.
If the uploaded inquiry file has any discrepancy, it will be shown on the final confirmation page. You can rectify the error and reupload the data again.
