This is a repository of all the perspective families that have declined themselves or declined by the center. To re-engage them, please select the 'Process' icon under the 'Action'.
Selecting the Process icon will open the 'ViewDeclined Family' page, on that page you need to select the 'Next Stage' button to choose the re-engage options for the declined family.
