You can add PTO records of staff using the 'PTO' option on the staff page. It covers staff's used, earned, and balance PTO hours. 

Access Path : Center Dashboard > Staff

Add - PTO :

Note : Use the 'Filter' option to configure the date range of the Staff PTO result. 

Select the date and specify the 'PTO' type from the drop-down.

For Time, you need to choose between 'Used' and 'Earned'. Specify the PTO hours and add notes.

Edit - PTO :

To edit an existing PTO, select the 'edit' icon near the entered PTO record. 

You can only edit the 'Date', 'Hours', and 'Notes' of an existing PTO record. 'PTO Type' and 'Time' once recorded cannot be changed.
