This report calculates actual hours through attendance, considering scheduled or contracted hours.

This report provides two filtering options
The 'Scheduled Hours' represent the hours scheduled in the child’s program schedule. This report displays the comparison between scheduled hours and actual hours, and its variance.
The 'Contracted Hours' represent the 'monthly contracted hours' that are pre-recorded in the child's profile. This report displays the comparison between the contracted hours and the actual hours, and its variance.
Scheduled Hours
Comparing a child's scheduled hours against the actual hours.
For example, when a child enrolls in the program, the scheduled hours are calculated from the program schedule. If the child attends for 162 hours, a variance is calculated using the scheduled and actual hours.
Contracted Hours
In the child's profile, there's a section for 'monthly contracted hours', this generates a report by comparing the contracted hours against the actual hours attended.
For instance, the contracted hours initially set for 140 hours, is recorded in the child's profile. If the child attends for 162 hours, a variance will be generated based on this difference.
