For New Families, you will be able to decide their 'Family Type' during the initial family registration time.
After selecting the 'Add Family' button, you need to fill out the details of the new family for family registration. While entering the details on the 'Add New Family' page, you will be able to choose the 'Subsidized' family type at the bottom of the page.
For Existing Families, you can change the 'Family Type' using the families module at the center level.
